OnlyFans FAQ

On this page, we will address the most frequently asked questions about the OnlyFans user account. We will discuss the concept of a subscription and the benefits it provides. Additionally, we will provide guidance on how to subscribe and cancel your subscription. You will find answers to these inquiries and more in the article below.

Benefits of subscribing

By subscribing to a Creator, you can access their private content and communicate with them directly using the direct messages interface (DM). OnlyFans regularly adds new features.

Refunds

All purchases are final and cannot be refunded. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time to avoid being billed for the subscription again.

How to cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be refunded. If you no longer want to subscribe, you can turn off auto-renewal. This will prevent you from being charged for the next month. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. However, please note that you will still be charged for the full subscription and will continue to have access to the Creator's profile until the end of the subscription. To view all your active and inactive subscriptions, visit your "Following" page. If you want to hide the posts from a Creator in your Feed, you can unsubscribe (please note that unsubscribing does not refund your purchase). During the subscription period, you can follow that profile again without being charged again.

Payment options

OnlyFans offer a wide range of payment options to accommodate OnlyFans customers. OnlyFans accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Maestro/Debit cards. Additionally, OnlyFans also accept some Prepaid Visa cards for your convenience. However, please note that OnlyFans do not accept Prepaid cards, Gift cards, or PayPal as forms of payment at this time.

Unsuccessful transactions

OnlyFans will try your transaction again up to 3 times. Failed transactions may be because:

  • You entered your credit card details incorrectly.
  • There are not enough funds in your account.
  • You entered incorrect address, zip code, or postal code details.
  • You reached the daily limit set on your OnlyFans account. Please try again tomorrow, as the limits reset daily.
  • Your bank or credit card provider has set a limit for internet transactions.
OnlyFans Unsuccessful transactions

OnlyFans are unable to provide more information if your banking institution is blocking your purchases. You should contact your card issuer for more details. If you used a proxy or VPN to access OnlyFans, your bank may have an IP verification system that restricts your purchases. You will need to contact your bank to find out why your card was declined.

Charges

OnlyFans prices are displayed in USD only. The currency conversion is handled by the bank, not by OnlyFans.com. All credit card charges are in USD. We use a secure and encrypted third-party payment processor for transactions. You might need to provide an additional temporary verification code or SMS code to confirm your purchase during the billing process.

Automatic Renewal Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew by default, except for free trial subscriptions. Auto-renew may not occur if your credit card was declined or if the subscription price has increased. You can disable auto-renew yourself. Please review your account, ensure you have a valid credit card, and try subscribing again.

Disputes and Refunds for Credit Card Payments

If a user requests a refund or dispute with their credit card company, their access to OnlyFans may be stopped or restricted. If you think your account has been mistakenly restricted, please contact support. Any amounts that users request to refund or dispute will be reported to the creator and deducted from the creator's earnings.

Free trials

Free trial subscriptions do not automatically renew. If a Creator offers a free trial, you will not be charged when the free trial ends. To continue following the Creator, you can manually enable auto-renew or follow them after the free trial ends.

Wallet Credits

Adding money to your wallet lets you do things like subscribe to users, send tips, or unlock paid messages without having to use your credit card every time. Your wallet balance will be automatically used if it's enough for what you want to buy or if you want to renew a subscription. You can't split purchases between your wallet and your card. If what you want to buy costs more than what you have in your wallet, your card will be charged the full amount. Transactions with wallet credit are quick and easy. You don't have to wait for new transactions to be processed.

Maximum tips and daily limits

The highest amount you can tip at once is $100 for new users and $200 for users who have been on the platform for over 4 months. You can spend up to $500 per day on the platform, and this limit is higher for long-time users who have a good record.

Tip not working

If you encountered errors while trying to send a tip, such as "Card not accepted", "Enter another card", "Successful liability shift for enrolled card is required," or "Transaction could not be processed at this time" it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrectly entered credit card details
  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Incorrect address, zip code, or postal code details
  • Reaching your daily limit set on your OnlyFans account (limits reset daily, so please try again tomorrow)
  • A limit for internet transactions set by your bank or credit card provider

If your purchases are being blocked by your banking institution, we are unable to provide further information. Please contact your card issuer to inquire about the issue. If you have used a proxy or VPN to access OnlyFans, your bank may have an IP verification system that restricts your purchases. You will need to contact your bank to understand why your card was declined.
